Join us for the 8th Annual RSB Lakes Region for Parkinson’s 5K Run/Walk Saturday, September 19, 2026! The race will raise funds for Rock Steady Boxing Lakes Region’s Adopt-A-Boxer program, as well as support equipment and training. These classes have proven that anyone, at any level of Parkinson’s, can lessen their symptoms and lead a healthier/happier life.
