Scenic, challenging, and satisfying, the Holdenwood Trail Run has been delighting walkers, joggers, and runners for over a decade. The course flows through mown grass fields, dirt trails, cool forests, cobblestone bridges, and rural roads. The Holden family and the Shirley community invite walkers and runners of all ages to join them on the trails for the 16th running of this early-fall charity run.
9:00 AM – Registration and bib pickup open
10:00 AM – 2K run/walk starts
11:00 AM – 5K and 10K run starts
Professionally timed finish line tracking and race results posted to 5K Sports Race Management. Register for extremely popular free short-sleeve tech tees, available to all who register prior to midnight on September 2. A Free Beer or Ice Cream for all finishers at our post-race celebration at the platinum sponsor, Bull Run Restaurant, after the event!
Proceeds benefit the Ayer-Shirley Education Foundation, which further supports the Ayer-Shirley Regional School District.
